  • West Malaysia: RM8
  • East Malaysia: RM15

Shipping fees are calculated per order unless otherwise stated.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Juju.Twins Online Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Please check your order details, size, colour and product information carefully before payment.
  • Products 100% purchased from Korean stores, brands or authorised retailers where applicable.
  • All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
  • We reserve the right to update our policies or cancel an order when necessary due to stock availability, pricing errors or circumstances beyond our control.


PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • Pre-order items are purchased from Korea after payment is received.
  • Estimated arrival time is approximately 2–4 weeks, but delays may occur due to courier delays , shipping, public holiday, customs clearance other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your pre-order.
  • No cancellation, changes or exchanges are allowed after payment.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and provide a refund for the unavailable item.
  • Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.


READY STOCK

  • Ready Stock items are available in Malaysia and will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Please check your size, colour and order details carefully before payment.
  • No cancellation or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.


REFUND POLICY

  • All confirmed orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds will only be considered for items that are unavailable,
  • Wrong item received: Please provide clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.
  • No refund or exchange for change of mind, incorrect size/colour selection or personal preference.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
